I never have to wait on hold every time I call for service, I get thru to an agent right away. The agent I deal with is so pleasant and always gives me tips and advice. The service calls are great, they always come within the next few days. I had cancelled my service with them a few years ago and then decided my lawn really needed their treatments. I'm with them again this year and my lawn looks great again.

Always call ahead so we can schedule our backyard activities. Quick to respond if there is a weed issue. Good products and our lawn looks great. Nice people too. We recommend and our neighbors have even taken their services.

I was informed that the company was going to apply fertilizer the next day and this was done, as promised. This is the first of the applications for which they were contracted and I look forward to similar efficient service in future.
